Process/Timeline
starting point
Each kitchen is unique and will add character to your home. We take great care to ensure we understand all your requirements during the initial stages.
First consultation to understand requirements, style preferences, and budget. A first-pass kitchen design and layout is produced along with an indicative quotation for units, worktops, appliances, and installation.
showroom meeting
A follow-up meeting to review the initial design, refine layout, finishes, and appliance choices, and work through any changes the client wants before locking down the concept.
sign - off
Final design, specification, and price are confirmed and formally approved by the client. A deposit is typically taken at this stage and a delivery/installation date is scheduled.
production
Units, doors, worktops, and any bespoke elements are manufactured to the signed-off specification. Lead times vary depending on supplier and customisation level.
delivery
Kitchen components are delivered to site, checked against the order for completeness and damage, and stored securely ready for installation.
installation
Fitters install the kitchen: carcasses, worktops, appliances, plumbing, and electrics, coordinating with any other trades (electricians, plumbers, tilers) as needed.
snagging
A final walkthrough with the client to identify and resolve any outstanding issues, defects, or adjustments, ensuring the finished kitchen meets the agreed specification before formal completion.
